What we are?
We are a furry owned, but we welcome anyone from human to the four legged (or more?). The sim’s theme is kinda cutesy spooky, pastel kinda with a heavy lean towards witch coven ( the name). This is a LGBTQIA+ safe space and anti-hate (yes, we support the NOH8 campaign type of sim. This is a sim we hope that we can grow with and have a sense of community where anyone regardless of skin tone, fur or otherwise feels welcome. We’re a mixed sim of residential and light commercial parcels offered up for rent for anyone to live, work, or do both on. We also allow people (who go through proper channels, to do so) to host a party, wedding or what have you in our sky dome!
Roleplay is NOT required on the sim but if you want to you're more than welcome to do so.
We have a cat cafe to hang out in and that's open for roleplay of any kind that you wish. There are also surprises around the sim that we've hidden and want to say hello to you! We have a main community building that has games so you're more than welcome to use and hang out in.
We're adding things all the time as time allows. Please feel free to explore and say hello! We are friendly <3 we don't bite.
Theme?
We are a themed sim, yes. The ground has to adhere (pass inspection, basically) to a theme of witchy spooky cute. We have examples of buildings on the land for rent already. If you’re ever curious if it fits, then please ask any of the staff.
Parcel Rental Rules
Please keep things neat and within the sim theme, feel free to cam over to your neighbors parcels for reference or even inspiration.
While mostly aimed for residential we do allow light commercial such as stores.
NO clubs are allowed anywhere on the sim, we have a designated space for events or parties.
Skyboxes are allowed from 1,000 meters and above. (we don’t want to see it being able to be rendered in our skies basically). They do NOT have to adhere to the theme like the ground does.
NO BREEDABLES.
NO CHILDREN AVATARS!
NO PEDOPHILIA!
We ARE BDSM Friendly.
No MLP/BRONY type of buildings, decor or plants on ground. If you must have that, put it in a skybox.
Please keep all sex inside your parcels. Naked outside is okay.
We do allow Project Arousal but please try to keep it in the PA forest area. AC needs, we understand is a thing but we prefer it not be out in the open for everyone to see.
Animemesh pets/babies are allowed but they cannot be moving around freely, they HAVE to be on a non wandering type of movement to prevent lagging out the sim. There are examples throughout the sim of what we mean by this if you’re confused.
Keep interpersonal drama to yourself. We are not babysitters.
NO BAN LINES. If you want to have a security orb, that’s fine but you have to put the sim admins and owner on the access list at least.
Three days overdue limit. IF there are circumstances that you’re overdue or fear you might be because of real life reasons, PLEASE talk to us, we’re willing to work with you.
NO POLITICAL SIGNS, FLAGS, ETC. Country, sports teams, and pride flags are okay.
Don’t wander into parcels you’re not invited into please. Respect each other’s parcel <3

Sky Market Rental Rules
The parcel rules apply to mall rentals as well.
Please keep all of your stuff inside your cubicle.
No hovertext unless using caspertech/caspervend type of hovertext.
Vendor systems are allowed and encouraged (caspervend is preferred).
Tipjars are allowed.
No inviter type boards.
Products do NOT have to be apart of the sim’s theme.
Adult items are allowed.
No hate groups of any sort type of things.
No child avatars can be obviously in the pictures. (this is for safety of the sim and us).
Bayou Rules (if you rent please ask the sim staff for an invite :D)
All Sim rules still apply
You can't have a skybox above your house.
Don't leave stuff around if it's temporary.
Don't harrass your neighbors.
No flashing lights. This does include rave lights.
Keep your prims on your own parcel.
No you cannot edit the landscaping because of x, y, or z reason.
No you cant change the color of the houses.
Please respect your neighbors even though they can't see you.
YES ANYONE CAN RENT HERE! (humans furries it doesn't matter).
Bayou Renters: If you have anyone that you want living with you or have the ability to rezz that you have plan on being a frequent visitor, please let us know. while you're allowed to have more than one tenant on the rental box, please be aware your guests/roommates/etc are a reflection of you.
