Bastion is a hardened underground small SGAC installation established as a secondary operating location for the Arcadia Expedition. Constructed within a naturally shielded mountain complex, the facility is designed to remain difficult to detect from orbit and capable of operating independently for extended periods.

The Stargate sits outside the main complex, with only a small fortified entrance structure visible nearby. Personnel and equipment entering through the gate are moved immediately underground, keeping the majority of SGAC infrastructure concealed.
