New Abilities in the Stargate Database

We have added the ability (with prodding from Lex Mars) to specify what region you want to look at gates from for the ASN database page. Simply by adding "/region/[NAME]/" to the URL will let you filter by regions. For example:
http://www.alpha-fox.com/asn/db/region/Subnova/
